This is for those who have pushed themselves hard.
For those who have carried weight—physically, mentally, or both.
It’s for anyone who has faced setbacks, injury, or moments that forced them to stop and take a closer look.
This is not about chasing numbers or proving something to the world.
It’s about understanding what strength really is, and what it becomes over time.
If you’ve ever had to rebuild, slow down, or find your way back—
you’ll understand what this is about.

Mike has spent more than four decades working at the intersection of strength, injury, and recovery. As a medical and orthopedic massage therapist, he has worked with everyday individuals, professional athletes, and those dealing with both acute and chronic pain. His work has always been rooted in one goal: helping people move better, feel better, and regain control of their bodies.
But Mike’s understanding of strength didn’t come only from the treatment room.
For over 46 years, he has lived it. Since 1989, Mike has earned multiple world and national championships, setting records along the way. Yet, over time, his relationship with strength began to change. What once centered around numbers and performance evolved into something deeper—something more personal.
Through years of training, injury, reflection, and growth, Mike came to understand that strength is not just physical. It is built in moments of struggle, in periods of stillness, and in the willingness to face yourself honestly.
The Call to Strength was born from that realization.
